The Olive @ Plaza Damas

At first, we thought we gonna grab a pizza (me and hubby) and a pasta for lil Jo. Me and hubby don't feel wanna have a heavy dinner but Lil Jo kept saying "I want pasta!" so we decided to go to The Olive at Plaza Damas because hubby say he saw the pizza serve there not bad and at the same time we can get lil Jo pasta.

We said NO heavy dinner but I am the one who can't resist to say NO to the menu. First, I decided to get a Caesar salad but I saw they serve Foei gras in their starter menu! FOIE GRAS! So I order the starter too. Once I tasted the starter, it had kicked me off to ordered more. On top of the starter, Caesar salad and clam pasta (for lil Jo) we ordered another anchovy pasta.

We both happy with the food because we hardly can get an Italian restaurant can rock a simple food! I hate overcooked pasta.

We were rushing to visit a mom of our best friend so I not manage to snap a photo of the restaurant...I hope the following will make you drool. :p

I can't remember the name of the dish in Italian…so sorry. Same for the anchovy pasta because we were rushing to Kepong.

The Smoke House @ Bangsar

I have been to The Smoke House Restaurant located at Cameron Highland. Ehem…I memory with The Smoke House there was cold!!! And English style interior design and it's romantic to go for dinner with you love one.

Thinking to get that kind of English style dining feel in Klang Valley area? YES, go Bangsar now and look for The Smoke House!!! There's one at Bangsar now and have no need to drive all the way up to Cameron Highland.

I went there with my girlfriends during my last trip to Kuala Lumpur last month, Miu brought us there for an English style afternoon tea. I mean it! An ENGLISH style afternoon tea at an affordable price start from MYR 12.00!

They have two set of afternoon tea set.

We ordered Set B which serve on a dessert tray! So Brit…which I like.

This set is enough for three of us for tea time while we chit chat non-stop there for about two hours!

Did I tell that, they provide Wi-Fi there so you can update your blog, you can stalk on Facebook and tweet on your Twitter too while you having your tea. That's why I have a laptop on my lap but it's not mine.

If you can't go there for afternoon tea, they serve dinner too. Both Western and Thai food. I like their Thai cuisine!!!
